- Students in Introduction to Business & Technology used GA College 411 took career related inventory quizzes and search careers. Student Work: Computer Language Career
- Students in IBT were asked to write about a job they'd like to have in ten years. They had to use the internet to find a local business or company in Savannah that they'd want to work at. - Students participated in the Hour of Code. Students received certificates for completing the Hour of Code activities. See a picture below.

- Students in IBT are creating online portfolios to showcase their high school career. Students are expected to update their portfolio each year and then use it as a tool to help get a job or get into college honors programs. See the screenshots below. Project Guidelines Attached
Perry-Work Based Learning
- Mrs. Perry's Work Based Learning students used Tagxedo to create word clouds that showcase their career interests. These word clouds also include personality traits that the students feel are important to their chosen career field.
- Work Based Learning/Internship students are required to write "Weekly Reports" each week. Weekly Reports document what students are doing and learning while at their internship sites. Students in this program intern either 6-8 hours per week or 13-15 hours per week, depending on what time he/she leave school. - Work Based Learning students who have taken several film related classes attended the Mountainfilm Festival Savannah Educational Seminar on January 23 in downtown Savannah. - Work Based Learning students were asked to write about their internship experiences and include why they feel their experiences are helping them make decisions about college and future careers. Student Sample Work 1, Student Sample Work 2.
- Work Based Learning students create career portfolios based off of their internship experiences. Portfolios include Resumes, Cover Letters, Thank You Letters, Weekly Report Logs, Artifacts from the Workplace, Photographs and more. Portfolios are scored each marking period.
